What will 2008 hold for the wine industry?

An overall theme I am sure you will see in 2008 is a world focus on 'being green', 'carbon foot prints', 'organic' & 'biodynamic farming' ... so what does this mean for the wine industry? Well lots.. for starters the industry will be busy reviewing the process from production, development, distribution to consumption ... this will become a focal point this year.

Bottom line is we all want clean water and clear skies, and a future for generations to come...
